Update Student List

The student list feature of our courses allows us to view the biography information of the students in our course as well as their preferred email address. However, for this to work each student must enter that information.

To do so, you select the student list button from your courses main page and you log into the student list feature.

To do this, you enter your initials and the last five digits of your social security number. Your password is the first for digits of your social security number and you then select submit.

Once you have done this, you can then scroll down and select the course that you are enrolled in and select the edit my info form.

From here, we can enter our email that we prefer well as a biography of ourselves and a picture to represent ourselves.

For our email address, we just type in what we prefer to have our email set to and for the spot for biography information simply type in the biography we want to have.

I have previously cut and pasted this from a word processor to save some time. Then you select a picture to represent yourself. You can either select a picture from your ID card or you can select a generic picture and once you enter the info you select submit.

You will then be told that your information has been successfully updated and at this point you can return to the main menu and return to the log in page.

Since we are done, we want to return to the courses home page so that we can now log into the course and continue.
